Shipping Policy

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Any order containing wax is only shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent damage by melting. All other orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. 

Free local delivery is available only to select zip codes on Long Island, NY. 

If we experience a large amount of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If your shipment is significantly delayed we will contact you by email or phone.
